However, if coaching or services begin during this 14-day cancellation period, you will receive a pro-rata refund, with deductions for any sessions already completed.

Rescheduling Appointments

Requests to reschedule appointments must be submitted via email at least 48 business hours in advance. Business hours are defined as Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM GMT. To reschedule or cancel a Monday appointment, your request must be received by the preceding Thursday.

Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on PDF resources or files. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
