Where it all began
ProAge Coach & Lifestyle was born from a personal desire to create a space to support those experiencing one of life’s most profound transitions. My own journey was one of resilience and reinvention, experiencing personal and professional changes and challenges. From the moment I stepped out on my own in 1995 after the birth of my daughter, I relied on all my experiences so far to build a life on my terms, culminating in a complete career change to an Executive and Lifestyle Coach at the age of 60. Mid-life is a turning point, but the path beyond is not downhill – it’s in any direction you want it to be.

Find the values that guide you
Your values are the fundamental principles that define who you are as a person. Values can include things like honesty, responsibility and authenticity, and there are a number of exercises you can do to work out what yours are. These values are often the biggest influence on the beliefs you hold that in turn drive the actions you take. The most common cause of unhappiness or unfulfillment, is when these three things are out of alignment.
Let go of the beliefs that limit you
Beliefs are the assumptions or convictions that you hold about yourself, your abilities and the world around you. Some beliefs can be empowering, lifting you up towards your goals and purpose, but some can be limiting, hindering your progress. Together our aim is to assess your beliefs, find those that are holding you back, and look to replace them with ones that will give you the self-confidence to drive towards the future you want for yourself.
Action behaviours that make you
Our behaviours are the actions and responses that we have that can be observed by the outside world. Sometimes we take actions against our values because we feel we must, or our limiting beliefs have created habits that we need to break. By aligning your goals with your personal values, and driving your confidence through empowering beliefs, we can create meaningful and effective plans of action to achieve fulfilment and joy in both your personal and professional life.
